Nicole was born and raised in Brooklyn Park, MN where she graduated from Champlin Park High School. Nicole went on to attend Mount Mercy University in Cedar Rapids, IA graduating with a double Bachelor's in Psychology & Criminal Justice. Nicole continued her education further obtaining a Master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from Argosy University in Eagan, MN.

While working on her Master’s, Nicole worked in the mental health field at a group home and with individuals in their own homes working on independent life skills. After grad school, Nicole decided to focus more on the administrative side of helping people and worked as a doctoral advisor for Capella University in downtown Minneapolis. She later became a stay at home mom after having her first daughter, but worked various part-time jobs over the years such as a photography assistant, front desk at our local YMCA and credentialing specialist for an in-home healthcare provider.

Nicole started with Skyline in February 2024 with a main focus of processing payroll, invoicing, and completing various administrative duties.

Nicole and her husband Reid have two daughters - Lily & Isabel and two dogs - Rudy & Stanley. In her spare time, Nicole enjoys walking, hiking, kayaking, reading & going to the movies. Her favorite musicians are Bruno Mars, Billie Eilish & Queen.
