Micah was born and raised in the North Dakota capital of Bismarck where she attended St. Mary’s Catholic High School before pursuing a Bachelor’s in Nursing first at North Dakota State University and then finishing at Sanford College of Nursing in Bismarck, ND.  

Micah’s professional career started as a Registered Nurse where she gained invaluable experience in a variety of healthcare environments including long term care facilities, hospitals, clinics, and schools.  After taking a career break as a stay-at-home parent, Micah re-entered the workforce full-time in October 2023 as a Recruiter for Skyline Search Partners.  Utilizing her education and experience in the healthcare industry, Micah’s recruiting focus is on healthcare as well as Skyline’s core industries of IT, Engineering, and Technical Sales.  

Micah is supported at home by her husband, Luke and 3 children (Laiken, Easton, and Brewer).  Outside of work, Micah enjoys running, reading a good book, creative writing, watching The Bachelor, and cheering on the Minnesota Vikings - SKOL!   Micah’s favorite musicians are Chris Stapleton, Beyonce, Taylor Swift, and Zac Brown Band.
