Andrew was born in the North Dakota capital of Bismarck and moved around the upper Midwest as a child spending parts of his childhood in Washburn ND, Rugby ND, Brandon SD, Council Bluffs IA, and eventually back to Bismarck, ND where he graduated from St. Mary's Catholic High School.  After high school, Andrew went on to attend the University of Mary in Bismarck where he competed in Varsity Football while obtaining his Master’s in Occupational Therapy in 2014.  

In 2016, Andrew pivoted from the healthcare world into technical recruiting where he spent the next 4.5 years running a full desk for a boutique technical search firm in the Twin Cities.  From there, Andrew dove into the technical consulting field spending the next 3 years working for a management consulting firm providing business, technology, and workforce solutions.  Andrew has become a decorated producer in the greater Recruiting and Staffing industry earning President’s Club Awards 6x as an outcome of building trusting relationships with clients.  Andrew has experience helping clients ranging from startups (Series A) to Fortune 100 corporations.  A few of these accomplishments include helping a Series A healthcare product scale their Sales and Customer Success team from 0 to 4 employees as well as helping a Fortune 500 company establish and scale their Data Science and Machine Learning department from 3 to 20+ employees. Most recently, Andrew helped a Fortune 100 company scale their Organization Change Management Center of Excellence from 3 to 30+ employees. 

Andrew began his tenure with Skyline on July 8th,2024, where his focus will revolve around leveraging his 8+ years of expertise in IT, Engineering, and Healthcare staffing to partner with clients to help them achieve their most critical outcomes by introducing them to top talent. 

At home, Andrew is supported by his wife, Chelsea and two young daughters, Everly and Olivia.   He loves being active and doing anything outdoors including Golf, Hiking, Running, and Hunting.  Andrew’s favorite athlete is Tim Tebow for having the courage to walk in his faith at all times.  He also admires Tebow’s foundation as well as The Night to Shine fundraiser he puts on.  Andrew’s favorite musician/band is Casting Crowns which helps to put life into perspective.
